A few years ago the founder Shelly noticed his customers changed their eating habits, they still wanted to be served quickly, but wanted a healthy alternative to the "normal" food choices they had and at a fair price. He introduced his grilled chicken rice bowls to much fan delight. After perfecting the concept Shelly decided to open a restaurant with the very same successful grilled chicken menu he had been selling. He later added his "world famous" gyros sandwich to the menu.
